Popping Zits Techniques
As kids enter into their teen years, their social life starts. They become more conscious about their looks. This self consciousness makes dealing with acne more difficult for them. Actually as teen years start, hormonal changes take place within a body which arises acne problem in many young people.
But its not necessary that acne will only affect teen agers, it affect adults as well.
As zits start appearing on face and other parts of body, people start to try removing it. Normally people pop zits up and worsen their condition. Actually when you pop your zit, your little mishandling will lead to scarring and worsen your skin condition. This mishandling not only cause scarring but it spreads bacteria to other parts of skin which leads to more zits and acne. If you are really willing to pop your zit then you should have to follow some rules. If you follow below guidelines then you will lessen the chances of spreading bacteria and scarring.
First wash you face with warm water. Use alcohol free hypoallergenic facial cleanser.
Pat you face dry with clean towel.
Dab soaked cotton ball in witch hazel on zit and pimple twice or thrice. It will remove remaining dirt and germs.
Use wet wash cloth with warm water and hold it against zit for 60 seconds. It will help in opening pores.
By the help of gauze pad, apply pressure on zit with both index fingers on both side of zit and then upward and downward on zit. Repeat this process two to three times. Increase the pressure every time. It will help in popping zit easily.
When it starts to drain out leave it for some time. When the material stops to drain out, again use gauze pad and apply pressure until it starts bleeding but do not overdo it.
Now use cotton balls and apply a slight pressure for two minutes.
Now use benzoyl peroxide or any natural acne treatment on affected area with the help of clean gauze pad. Apply it twice a day for two to three time.
If you follow all these standard steps to squeeze zit then you will notice that it will be vanish completely in a day or two and it will not spread bacteria as well.
