Step 3

Step 4

Wash your face before bed and apply a nighttime moisturizer containing alpha-hydroxy acids or retinol, particularly if you want to ward off wrinkles and other signs of aging. These creams encourage collagen production and skin cell renewal, which rids your skin of dead cells and helps it look healthier and brighter. "Allure" magazine suggests Neutrogena Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Cream, which promises to make your skin softer and more refined, while reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
