How to Use Honey to Cure Acne
You can stroll down the face wash aisle of your local grocery store or pharmacy and find more than a few products boasting their abilities to magically erase acne. If everyone's skin were the same, this could be a bargain, but since everyone is different there's no guarantee your money won't be wasted on a product that won't help you. For a more natural approach to your acne problem leave the micro-beaded cleansers and exfoliating creams behind and find yourself a jar of organic honey instead.
Scoop uncooked organic honey into your hands and hold it to warm it up, making it more pliable.
Apply the honey to your face, paying particular attention to acne-affected areas.
Allow the honey to sit on your skin for five minutes. Make sure your hair is pulled back, as this can create a sticky mess.
Dampen a clean cloth with warm water and wring it out well.
Wipe away the honey with the cloth and rinse your face with warm water.
Pat your skin dry with a soft clean dry towel.
