B Vitamins

B vitamins are found in foods like leafy veggies, fish, beans and dairy produce.

Vitamin A

Good food sources of vitamin A include cantaloupe, eggs, spinach, cream, sweet potatoes. milk, kidney, carrots, pink grapefruit, fish oil, broccoli and fish oil.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is an antioxidant, protecting your body from free radicals, which may harm your skin, turning it brittle. The Vitamin & Nutrition Center says that vitamin C contains an antibacterial effect, preventing acne formation that is caused by bacteria. Also, vitamin C improves the strengthen of your immune system. Vitamin C is found in foods such as cabbage, cantaloupe, pineapples, blueberries, oranges, winter squash, mango, turnip greens and raspberries.

Zinc

Zinc helps to reduce acne conditions by controlling oil glands activity, preventing excess oil from being produce and released onto your skin. According to the University of Maryland Medical Center, low intake of zinc can result in acne. Zinc is found in foods such as soybeans, brewers yeast, green beans, red meats, green beans, shrimp, whole grains, sunflower seeds and oysters.
