Good sources of vitamin A include carrots, halibut, eggs, cream, apricots, cheese, fish oil, sweet potatoes, kidneys, winter squash, meat and spinach.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E helps to form new skin cells by promoting healthy blood flow throughout your body and keeping your skin moist. This vitamin is also important for blocking free radical damage, which may play a role in certain conditions related to aging. Vitamin E is found in foods such as corn, spinach, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, olives and nuts.
