Also, Thiamine or vitamin B1 improves your skin circulation and acts an antioxidant, protecting your skin from damage. Low amounts of nacinamide or vitamin B3, riboflavin or vitamin B2 and niacinamide or vitamin B3 in your body can contribute to acne formation.
