Another option is the egg white mask. Smear egg whites over the face and let them sit for 15 minutes. Wash the face with warm water and moisturize after. Not only will this clear acne, it will help tighten skin. The oatmeal mask means spreading cooked oatmeal over the face for 10 to 15 minutes, then washing it off with warm water. This mask should be used twice a day. The garlic mask involves peeling and mashing six to eight cloves of garlic, then spreading the paste on your face for 15 minutes. Wash with warm water and moisturize.
Most people don't eat a well-balanced diet, and an acne outbreak can be a sign of that. Many vitamins contain helpful antioxidants that can help clear-up existing acne, or prevent it from happening. Some of the most beneficial to the skin are vitamin A, B, C, E and zinc.
