Perricone MD Skin Clear Cleanser Review

Overview

PerriconeMD Skin Clear Cleanser, part of the Skin Clear collection of products, is a deep cleansing facial wash for oily and acne-prone skin. It eliminates impurities, fights the signs of aging and keeps acne breakouts at bay.

Benefits

Skin Clear Cleanser helps reduce excess sebum production, unclogs pores and deep cleans without excessive drying. The cleanser also helps fight signs of aging, such as fine lines and wrinkles.

Key Ingredients

Alpha Lipoic Acid, patented by PerriconeMD, helps smooth fine lines and wrinkles, reduce the appearance of pore size and refine skin texture.
Salicylic acid helps clear and prevent acne blemishes, in addition to exfoliating and unclogging pores.
Eucalyptus leaf oil has anti-bacterial properties to help prevent acne blemishes while soothing and calming skin.

Application

Pump a dime sized amount of cleanser into your palm, add water and work it into a foamy lather. Apply it to your face in a massaging motion, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with lukewarm water. Cleanse your face once in the morning and once in the evening.

Cost

As of 2010, a 6 fl. oz. size of PerriconeMD Skin Clear Cleanser retails for $35.
