How to Get Rid of Blackheads on the Face
Overview
Blackheads develop when wide follicles on the face get clogged with sebum oils and bacteria. The residue that forms inside the skin follicles causes the follicle to change into a blackish color through oxidation. A good way to prevent blackheads is through proper hygiene and keeping your skin clean from excess oils. However, you can treat and remove blackheads on your face if they can't be prevented.
Natural Cures
Step 1
Get the juice from a lemon and add an equal amount of rose water to it. Mix it up and apply it to your face for 30 minutes once a day. Continue this process for 15 days or until you start to see a reduction in your blackheads.
Step 2
Take your toothpaste and apply it to the area infected with blackheads. Apply your toothpaste to the blackheads before you go to bed and remove it in the morning. Toothpaste reduces the swelling from the blackheads.
Step 3
Get the juice from a lemon and mix it together with some rose water. Apply it to your face and let it sit for 30 minutes. Wash it off with cool water. Complete this process for 15 days or until you start to see a reduction in your blackheads.
Groundnut Oil Cure
Step 1
Mix together equal amounts of groundnut oil and freshly squeezed lime juice. The mixture amount should only be a couple of ounces.
Step 2
Apply the mixture to the blackhead areas and leave it on your face for around 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 3
Wash it off with warm water after it has been on the blackheads for the appropriate amount of time.
Honey Cure
Step 1
Take honey and apply it directly to the blackheads.
Step 2
Let it stay on face for around ten minutes and then wash it off with warm water.
Step 3
Repeat this process daily until you start to see results.
