How to Get Rid of Acne Naturally & Effectively
Acne is a condition where oils clog the sebaceous glands in the skin. The clogged pores cause blackheads or whiteheads to form, which can lead to infection or scarring if not properly treated. Some hygiene practices and medications help prevent acne from forming. If a sufferer has severe acne conditions, a doctor may prescribe antibiotics or surgery to fix the scars on the skin. However, treating and preventing acne can be done naturally and without any type of medication.
Wash your face at least twice a day with mild soap and warm water. This clears the skin of oils and removes the bacteria cells that cause infections and pimples.

Eat healthy foods that do not cause breakouts. Although foods are thought to be the cause of acne, it is actually food allergies that cause breakouts. If you eat certain foods and find they cause breakouts, you may have a food allergy. Avoiding that food will reduce the amount of facial pimples.
