Aspirin Skin Masks

Aspirin is able to keep your facial pores from clogging and contains anti-inflammatory properties, according to Softpedia. Crush five to 10 aspirin tablets into a fine powder and mix this powder with enough water to make a smooth paste. You can use aloe vera gel instead of water if you prefer. Wash your face thoroughly with your usual face cleanser or a facial scrub. Put the aspirin mixture on your face. Keep the mask on for 20 minutes and rinse it off with warm water. After patting your skin dry, apply a moisturizer.

Crush four to five aspirin tablets and mix them into a small amount of plain yogurt. Smooth this mixture on your face for 10 to 15 minutes, rinse it off with warm water and apply a moisturizer.

Egg White Mask

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks of two eggs. Whip the egg whites until you have a frothy mixture. Wash your face, then apply the egg white using your hands. Leave the egg white mask on your face for 20 minutes, wash off with warm water and follow up with a moisturizer.

Baking Soda Mask

Wash your face with a gentle facial cleanser. Mix together 2 tbsp. baking soda and enough water to make a smooth paste. Smooth it onto your face and leave it on until it has dried. Wash the mask off with warm water and apply a moisturizer. This facial mask recipe is gentle enough that you can use it several times in a week.

Oatmeal Mask

Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and mix up some plain--not flavored--oatmeal with enough water to make a thick mixture. Spread the oatmeal mask on your face and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash the oatmeal off with warm water and follow up with moisturizer.
