Other pastes can be made with almond powder and goat's milk or chickpea powder and water.

Keeping the Skin Clean

If you have acne it is essential to keep the area clean and free of bacteria. Wash with mild, natural soaps or gels, such as those that contain aloe vera or oatmeal. Make sure you buy a brand that contains no additives, which can cause allergic reactions. Shampoo your hair regularly, and if you must shave, use a fresh blade each time. Never pop, pick or squeeze the skin.
